The deep, decoupled heel cup fits, wraps, and locks the foot in place for improved stability and customized fit. The durable and breathable design will keep your feet dry and comfortable in all work boots and safety footwear.  Each work shoe insole features built-in electrostatic discharge functionality for optimal safety on the job.
